History and Growth

Founded in 1995 by Dennis Merritt, TLB has grown from a small startup into an international business support firm. Additionally, TLB has expanded services to cater to a diverse clientele in the US. This includes government entities such as U.S. Customs and Border Protection, SSA, DoD, state & federal courts, public school districts, universities, and private sector clients.
